DeepCool, the leading manufacturer of a wide range of computer cooling products, announced its newly developed twin-tower heatsink CPU cooler—NEPTWIN, which name is the combination of the coldest planet in solar system—Neptune and the word describing the heatsink design—Twin.
NEPTWIN is a high quality built cooler with a copper base for the best heat conductivity from the hot processor; its two separate heatsinks have over 80 fins stacked into 6 pieces of high cooling performance heatpipes, and all fins are specially designed with wave convex to allow for more air flow in.
For those who want to use many PWM fans in the case, they can get a small gadget that is especially designed—Fan Hub. This fan hub supports 4 PWM fans. Users can tie the fan hub together with the cables inside the case or just stick it onto any space left in the case or on the motherboard with a high quality 3M sticker.
Two 120mm blue-blade fans are bundled with this cooler in order to achieve the maximum cooling performance. The PWM fan running at between 900 and 1500rpm should be installed in the middle between the heatsink, and the one fixed at 1300rpm should installed in the front side to ensure enough cold air draw-in.
NEPTWIN also has a compact tube of DeepCool’s Z9 high performance thermal grease to assure its cooling effectiveness. And it has all necessary mounting clips for both Intel and AMD, including back plate, metal brackets and clips. NEPTWIN supports all socket types processors with a TDP of 150W, i.e., Intel Sandy Bridge-E (LGA2011) and LGA1366/1156/1155/775 and AMD FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2.
